My solar-powered outdoor lamp charges all day, but it doesn't work at night. What's the matter?

First, check to make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the open position. Second, make sure that other light sources do not interfere with the light turning on. Turn your outdoor sun down and see if it's lit up. If it still doesn't light up, check to make sure the battery is fully charged. Move the solar panel to another location during the day to see if it will receive more sunlight. Note: The batteries attached to the solar charging panels will need to be replaced when their charging capacity drops. They should be replaced about every two years.
