System components

Vacuum tube Collector

The collector system components is vacuum tubes.It's function is equivalent to the water heater in the heating pipe. The main difference to the electric water heater, gas water heaters is that vacuum tube is use the sun's heat radiation. therefore only can heating the water in sunny days.

Water tank insulation

Same as the electric water heater tank insulation, solar water storage water in insulation containers.As solar water heaters can only work during the day, and people in general to use hot water at night, so the water heated during the day must be stored in insulation tank.Volume is the amount of  hot water consumption every day.By use of special material in water tank insulation, better insulation, corrosion-resistant, clean water, as long as the useful life of more than 20 years.

Pipeline

Hot water will be delivered from the collector to heat water tanks,cold water will be transported to the collector channel, so that the entire system into a closed loop.The system design is crucial for solar water cycle can work in best state .Hot water pipe insulation must be used in the design. Pipes must be very high quality, to ensure that there are more than 20 years of life time.

The role of environmental protection

Per square meter flat solar collectors per normal sunshine day, can produce the equivalent of 2.5 KW of electrical energy. Annual savings of about 200 kg of standard coal can reduce the more than 700 kilograms of CO2 emissions.
